Meet Tomas, our charming and adventurous hospitality OPS manager from Slovakia, with a passion for serving others in the hospitality industry since the age 16. He loves nature, exploring forests, engaging with customers, and leading teams to success with his infectious enthusiasm and exceptional leadership skills. 

Meet Alex, our Head Chef from Italy. His love for ingredients started while saving up for a motorcycle by working in a local butcher. After working his way up to restaurant manager and studying engineering, he moved to England in 1997 to attend catering college and pursue his passion for food. Now at Ochre, he is excited to create in a unique venue.

Born in London and raised in Oxford, Charles found his passion for hospitality while working abroad. Experiencing different cultures taught him the art of making people feel truly welcome and creating moments that stay with them. Over the years, he’s worked across a variety of hotels and restaurants, developing a leadership style that blends warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine love for great service. Now as General Manager of Ochre, he’s focused on creating memorable experiences and leading a team that shares his dedication to guests.

Meet Silvia, our Bar Manager who comes from Rome, Italy. Silvia discovered her passion for hospitality from a young age while working in a cocktail bar. She moved to London in her twenties and since then, has enjoyed making creative and inspired cocktails that balance interesting flavours with classics. Silvia’s Italian roots have motivated her to expand her knowledge in all things wine, making her and expert in pairings. Meet Jasmine, a UX design graduate from the University of the Arts London, who brings a unique blend of creativity, organisation, and user-centered thinking to every project. With hands-on experience in high-end event planning across London and New York City, she merges her design background with a passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences. Jasmine’s approach is rooted in empathy, attention to detail, and an understanding of what makes events truly special.
