Meet Tomas, our charming and adventurous hospitality OPS manager from Slovakia, with a passion for serving others in the hospitality industry since the age 16. He loves nature, exploring forests, engaging with customers, and leading teams to success with his infectious enthusiasm and exceptional leadership skills. 

Meet Simon, our Executive Chef from sunny SW20. He found his passion for cooking while studying at university in York and trained as a chef after being given the opportunity by the owner of a local 2 Rosette restaurant. After an apprenticeship at Meltons, he was awarded York's 'Young Chef of the Year' and has spent 25 years in London's top restaurants and hotels, enjoying the creativity of using seasonal British ingredients.

Meet Alex, our Head Chef from Italy. His love for ingredients started while saving up for a motorcycle by working in a local butcher. After working his way up to restaurant manager and studying engineering, he moved to England in 1997 to attend catering college and pursue his passion for food. Now at Ochre, he is excited to create in a unique venue.

Meet Andrea who was born in Italy and from a very young age discovered a passion for hospitality while working for a local hotel in the Como area. In his early twenties he decided to move to London and pursue a career working in hotels and restaurants. He is excited to be the Ochre General Manager and create lasting memories for guests, while showcasing the best seasonal produce from the UK.

Meet Ella, our Events Manager from the Cotswolds. Ella made the move to London to pursue a career in events and has been working at Ochre since October 2023. She decided a career in events was for her during her time studying at Falmouth University. Ella and the events team provide an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
